Lisbon - Half Day Walking Tour - Portugal

Nowadays Lisbon is a place to be. But, to get to know a city is more than walking around with an American Express or a Rick Steve’s book so this is a message to you.

My perspective of a guided city tour is more of a dynamic conversation with my guests than a lecture, the visit you about the starting relation between the city and you.

The guests I usually guide are usually looking to know more than the eyes can see, trying to get the perspective of the city from an informed local person, also facilitating simple but truly Portuguese experiences that are far from the touristic atmosphere.

A long experience guiding tours and my passions and practice about History, gastronomy, arts, photography and sports, as you can check by my posts, allows me to guide city tours talking about several subjects and perspectives and that is part of what I would love to share with you.

Walking is the best way to visit Lisbon but if you can’t or you don’t want to do it walking, other options are also available like a van tour with some stops. Please check at the respective Van Tour page.

Duration:

My proposition is 3 hours - morning or afternoon.
Sample schedules: 9:00 am/12:00 am or 1:00 pm/4:00 pm, however, a different tour or schedule can be arranged.

Price:

15€/Adults and 10€/Youngsters up to 16 years old minimum of 3 adults paying or equivalent value.

Starting and ending points:

Rossio (Lisbon) - if your hotel is near Rossio otherwise we will start from your hotel door.

 Reservation:

The above mention events are subject to prior reservation.
45€ will asked as reservation. The remaining values to be payed, if there are, they will be asked at the beginning of the event.
All above mentioned prices includes guide, insurance and VAT plus usage of the equipment if that is stated in the specific information of the event.

Cancellation:

The costs of cancellation are as follows:
90 days before 1st Tour Day – 0% of reservation
89-60 days before 1st Tour Day – 25% of reservation
59-45 days before 1st Tour Day – 50% of reservation
44-30 days before 1st Tour Day – 75% of reservation
29 days or less before 1st Tour Day – 100% of reservation
To cancel your reservation it is mandatory that an e-mail is sent from the same e-mail address used for the reservation.
The amount will be transferred back to the same account used to the reservation.
